Arndt Voges Consulting

Coaching for teams that build software with agents.

Hands-on programs for engineering and product teams. The exercises run on your repositories and your tickets, not on a demo project.

AI for product management

How product organizations get the most out of engineering teams that build with AI.

How a program runs

  1. Kickoff

We spend half a day with the team, on site or remote.

  2. Review and tailoring

I review the structure of the codebases and talk with the team. It is my time, not yours. The curriculum is built from what I find.

  3. Eight sessions

Each session is ninety minutes live, once a week. Homework between sessions uses real tickets from your backlog.

  4. Close

You get a final report with recommendations. The materials and what the team built stay with the team.

  5. Continuation

Optional sessions on current developments and office hours keep the team current.

At the end, the team takes real backlog items through this workflow on its own.

With a codebase agents can navigate, and the standards, specs and commands to keep it going, maintained by your engineers rather than by me.

Arndt Voges

  • Cofounder and CTO, Purple AI (2025 to 2026). I led engineering and product for p0: agents that take a written specification and implement a complete feature inside an existing codebase, including tests and pull request.
  • Cofounder and CTO, Learn.xyz (2021 to 2026). I owned engineering, product and the AI stack of an AI-native learning company.
  • Before that, I held product and growth roles at Ancestry, eBay Enterprise and Magento, then Peerspace, CoPilot, Flatfile and Workstream: large systems with long histories and real revenue running through them.
  • Today I run Arndt Voges Consulting in San Francisco, and I still write software with these tools every day.

At Purple AI we had to teach this workflow before anyone would buy it. Two things became clear: the tooling is not the hard part, and almost nobody is teaching it properly.
